Deena Horst knows The importance of the availability of an excellent education for all our children and youth. The importance of working to ensure that our children live in a safe and caring community. The importance of the availability of services for our fragile elderly and disabled citizens who are unable to care for themselves. The necessity of attracting businesses, including entrepreneurs, to Kansas to strengthen our economy for the present and the future economic health of our state. The legislature must continually look for the best way to enable people to help themselves for as long as they are able.
